v5, August 28, 2026. Change note: header and footer redrawn from live inspection of the parent site, including its round social icons, copyright row, and the footer disclaimer in full. The proof outlets become one scrolling row, the channel buttons become centered round icons here and in P11, and Title returns to the application. Mobile chrome verified from screenshots supplied in review, including the menu drawer, drawn as a state. Red markers R1 through R3 are Lindsay's review items, indexed in the red register above.
Deck copy is unmarked. Any line that is not verbatim from the deck carries a PROPOSED chip and is listed in the notes for line-by-line approval. The change map under decisions shows every move against the deck order.
Parent site chrome, redrawn from live inspection at desktop width: utility band on white, nav band on black, drawn dark gray at lo-fi, links spaced evenly across the band as on the site. Podcast appended after the existing six and drawn active. Values for the build are in the notes.
Every week, one leading provider tells us what they are known for, which wellness solutions they use in practice, and what they are offering their community right now.
One primary CTA, and episode access stays: a quiet link anchors down the page to P11, since this page is the podcast's only web presence. Launch label proposed; the deck's "Listen to the latest episode" returns once episodes exist, same anchor. Round one's NEW COPY NEEDED flag stays retired.
Kept from round one. Option B, in-flow anchors only, is mapped under decisions; note the page now has a mid-page CTA either way.
via hundreds of syndicated outlets Proposed stat pulled forward, deck fragments
Number first, per the parent stat strip. The outlet wall is one row that scrolls sideways, clipped here on purpose; unnamed boxes stand in for the syndicated set. Channels drawn in the parent footer's round icon style, centered. Whether the outlet marks can be displayed is still open with the client; gray shapes only.
For providers, by providers.
Section 2 reduced to its two strongest lines, both verbatim. The mission H2 and body sentence are cut; the change map lists it.
The Wellness Index Report Podcast is a weekly, fifteen to twenty minute conversation with a single provider. No panels, no promotional monologues, no forty five minute detours.
We ask three questions. You get all three in advance.
Copy unchanged. The questions become a ruled, numbered listing and the pull quote gets a seal slot, both borrowed from the Index Report's grammar. The disclaimer keeps its PLACEMENT TBC flag; the parent footer, drawn at the end of the page, already runs a site-wide medical disclaimer, so the open question is whether this section needs a second one or the footer covers it.
We look for providers with an active practice, a real patient or client base, and a point of view they are willing to put their name on.
Four cards become four ruled rows. Titles and qualifier verbatim; the one-line bodies are trims of the deck's card copy, listed in the notes.
The 3x2 grid becomes a numbered ruled listing, and a repeat CTA follows the value block, both per the parent site's pattern. Step titles verbatim; one-liners tagged and listed for approval.
Unchanged. Collapsed rows cost nothing and answer objections next to the form.
Applications are reviewed weekly. About five minutes to apply.
Thank you. Our editorial team reviews every application. If it is a fit, Anne will be in touch with your booking link and your three questions.
Application reduced to the eight fields editorial needs to decide, Title restored per round five. Mobile, headshot, do-not-ask and the likeness release move into Anne's booking and pre-interview emails. Mailing address and preferred time removed as duplicative.
The signature and hi-res upload were the two highest-friction fields on mobile, and neither is on the page now. "About five minutes to apply" becomes accurate.

Proposed two-line summary of the deck's intro paragraphsPodcast guests receive a 50% member code with their survey invitation.
The full comparison, the SEO explainer, and the honesty statement keep their deck copy behind these three rows; nothing is deleted, it is demoted and collapsed. Both CTAs drop to secondary weight. Whether membership ultimately gets its own page is a scope call, recorded in notes.

At launch, one band does both jobs using only deck copy: the section 9 early state line, the channel row, the email capture. That retires round one's second NEW COPY NEEDED flag. With episodes live, the library expands back to the round-one filtered grid as its own section and this band returns to subscribe only. Both H2s are deck copy. The hero's listen link lands here; keep the anchor id on the episodes block when the library splits back out to its own section. The old Optimize W(e) feed is live on all five channels with roughly 25 episodes; renaming it in place makes launch day a populated state, a fresh feed makes it this empty one.
Redrawn from the live footer. On the site the POWERED BY strip sits in the navy closing band directly above the footer; drawn here so the sequence reads as it does live. Disclaimer set verbatim and in full: this is the site-wide medical disclaimer the P4 flag points at. Its text says "contained within this email," a carry-over from email copy, worth fixing site-side. No Podcast item anywhere in the footer.

One column, proposed order, launch state only; the populated library panel and the form's post-submit state are drawn on desktop. Ruled listings carry the compression well at this width: titles wrap, one-liners sit under them. Mobile chrome verified from live screenshots: a slim black bar with the menu control at top right, centered logo, login and join row, stacked search fields, and the menu opening as a right-side black drawer over the page, drawn once as a state with Podcast appended and active. Footer stacking to one column was not separately captured.
This map is the approval device: the client sees every move against her deck before agreeing to it. It supersedes round one's two-position map for section 7; the cut takes a position.
Option A, drawn in the page: the persistent bar. Option B: no bar, the in-flow CTAs carry it. The proposed page has a mid-page CTA after P6 either way.
The shorter page needs fewer repeats: hero and the P6 band cover it. Round one's added slot after the FAQ is gone; the form sits directly under it now.
| Flag | Where | What is open |
|---|---|---|
| PLACEMENT TBC | P4 · Medical disclaimer | The asterisk anchors to nothing anywhere in the deck. The parent footer, now drawn, already runs a site-wide medical disclaimer; the open question is whether P4 needs its own or the footer covers it. Compliance decision, not layout. |
| BUILD METHOD TBC | P8 · Application form | Inline, embedded, modal, or separate page. Constraints below. |
Both round-one NEW COPY NEEDED flags stay retired: the hero's episode link ships with a proposed launch label and returns to the deck's "Listen to the latest episode" once episodes exist, and the merged P11 band covers pre-launch subscribe with the deck's early state line.
Everything on the page not listed here is deck copy verbatim. Trims reuse the deck's own words; new lines are marked.
From the parent site, verified by fetch: the stat strip, numbered 01/02 systems, ruled section rhythm, short blocks, and the repeated CTA after each value block. From the Index Report, per project records: the ruled listing, the verification seal, and the italic on Index. The report site itself blocks automated reading, so its grammar is taken from prior project work; verify against the live report before any visual comp.
The chrome is the parent site's, redrawn from live inspection at desktop width plus supplied mobile screenshots, with Podcast appended after the existing six nav items and drawn active. Values recorded for the build; the wireframe stays gray.
| Element | Verified |
|---|---|
| Nav band | #000000 background, 50px height, links spaced evenly across the band |
| Nav link | Merriweather Sans, 16px, weight 400, #FDFDFD |
| Utility band | Open Sans, 15px, weight 300; search icons sit inside the fields; SEARCH label beneath |
| Logo dots | two navy, one black |
| JOIN US TODAY! button | brand orange fill on the white utility band |
| Mobile header | slim black bar with menu at top right; centered logo; Index Login and JOIN US TODAY! row; search fields stacked full width with SEARCH beneath; menu opens as a right-side black drawer over the page, items stacked |
| POWERED BY strip | sits in the navy closing band directly above the footer, centered, bar-separated |
| Footer | About and Support in two columns, full-width disclaimer verbatim, round social icons (Email, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram), centered copyright row with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy |
Brand orange is text-safe on the navy and near-black grounds only. On light sections it works as shape rather than type: rules, fills, underlines, icons. Type on light grounds goes near-black.
| Foreground | Ground | Ratio | AA, normal text |
|---|---|---|---|
| #FF9500 | #09092A navy | 8.81:1 | passes |
| #FF9500 | #16191D near-black | 8.02:1 | passes |
| #FF9500 | #FFFFFF white | 2.20:1 | fails |
| #FF9500 | #FAFAF8 off-white | 2.10:1 | fails |
Orange fails on light grounds at every text size, large text included, which needs only 3.0:1. No block in this wireframe indicates orange type; every ground here is drawn light gray, so no block is marked.
Platform assumed GoHighLevel, not confirmed. Every proposed block is a standard drag-in pattern: hero, stat and logo strip, text band, ruled list, accordion, single-screen form, two-cell band with disclosure rows. Three carryover flags for the builder: the populated-era episode filter is a listing pattern, not a static section; the Option A sticky bar usually takes a few lines of custom CSS; the P9 disclosure rows are the same accordion element the FAQ uses. The hero's listen link is a plain in-page anchor; its id lives on the episodes block and travels with it when the library splits back out.
The page title, nav label, hero eyebrow, and P4 opening read "The Wellness Index Report Podcast." Deck H1 and H2 headlines are verbatim. "Wellness Index Report" in P9's collapsed content and P11's populated body names the monthly publication, a different product, and stays as written.
